Day 21: I weigh 203 lbs. That happens to be fifteen lbs in three weeks. Even better?
I CAN SEE IT. My arms are thinner. My tummy is less round. I fit better into this computer chair. I'm seeing birthmarks I haven't seen since 2006! One thing I didn't realize...stretch marks happen when you get skinny too.
My energy is up, as long as I remember to eat those Medifast meals regularly. I notice the water has quite a bit to do with it as well, I drink over 100 ounces of water a day.
I am able to walk a mile (in my living room with Leslie Sansone) once a day. I get all sweaty and I freaking love it.
As far as the Medifast meals...some of the more delicious ones I've run out of. The Chicken and Rice, delicious. The Vegetable Chili, yum. (I add Siracha sauce to these to make them less bland.) The chocolate pudding is better very very cold, put it in the freezer.
I'm a little concerned...it's almost Shark Week (period time!) I normally fluctuate by about five lbs that week...not sure if I'm going to weigh myself or not.
